Tatiana is a competition specialist experienced in State aid litigation matters. She has acted for clients in State aid challenges both before the EU Courts and in recovery proceedings in the UK – most recently in connection with the high profile litigation relating to the UK capacity market where she successfully represented an intervener before both the UK High Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
