Liu Hui serves as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Food and Food Contact Materials at knoell group. In this role, she oversees compliance for FCM products and provides regulatory consultancy in China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Liu Hui also manages the submission of new varieties in China. Over the past 7 years, she has been dedicated to regulatory research in the field of FCM.
Knoell is a global professional technical consulting firm, with its FFCM team deeply involved in food-related projects such as food additives, food enzymes, and novel foods, as well as FCM. The FFCM team has served hundreds of clients worldwide. Additionally, knoell boasts a team of 45 toxicology experts who support risk assessments for food contact materials, including intentional and non-intentional substances (IAS and NIAS) found in food contact materials and articles.
