Katerina Neonaki

Katerina Neonaki has 16 years of professional experience in private sector practice and with the European Investment Bank. She has a Bachelor and a Master in Law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and another Master in Law from the University of Edinburgh. She joined the EIB in 2006 and is currently senior legal counsel in the Mandates and Financial Instruments division of the Legal Directorate of the EIB. Since 2014 she has been working on the set-up and implementation of financial instruments in a number of jurisdictions and her experience includes involvement in the the selection of financial intermediaries as well as drafting and negotiating legal documentation with Managing Authorities and with financial intermediaries. Before joining the EIB, she had been an associate at Bernitsas Law in Athens.
