Hans Kristoferitsch

Hans Kristoferitsch is a graduate of Vienna (Mag. Phil. and Dr. iur., 2004) and Harvard University (LL.M., 2005). After working as a university assistant for EU-law at the Vienna University for Economics and Business he joined CERHA HEMPEL and became a partner there in 2013. Hans heads the EU&Regulatory Practice group and has a particular focus on state aid law. He regularly represents clients (both private companies and public bodies such as federal provinces and the Republic of Austria) in state aid cases before the EU Courts and the Commission as well as before national Courts. Hans is a lecturer for EU-law at the Vienna University for Economics and Business), co-organizer of the Austrian State Aid Law Day and a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
