Grith Skovgaard Ølykke
Grith Skovgaard Ølykke is partner and commercial law consultant at the Danish law firm Poul Schmith, where she advises primarily public clients in connection with market-related issues including in particular State aid, public procurement, public transactions in the market in a broader sense as well as market regulation. Grith has a background in academia – she was employed at Copenhagen Business School for ten years, latest as professor with special responsibilities in commercial law and EU market law. She is the author of numerous international publications about State aid and procurement as well as textbooks on competition law and procurement law. She is also a member of the editorial board of the recognised international journal Public Procurement Law Review.
