Gábor graduated from Nottingham University in 2010 (LL.B.) and 2011 (LL.M.). He also obtained a masters degree in International Public Affairs from the School of Government, LUISS University in Rome (2012).
He started his career as a trainee at the European Commission in October 2012 and then worked as a legal advisor at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2013-2014), the Prime Minister’s Office (2014-2015) and the Hungarian Development Bank (2015-2020) before re-joining the Prime Minister’s Office in 2020.
He specializes in public procurement regulation and EU funded public procurement, and he also represents the Hungarian Government in EU expert meetings, such as the Council Working Party on Public Procurement and the Commission Government Experts Group on Public Procurement (EXPP). Furthermore, he teaches public procurement for graduate students and civil servants at the University of Public Service in Budapest.
