Daniel Kramer

Daniel Kramer holds an LLM from the Faculty of Law of ELTE Eötvös Loránd University of Budapest, a Bachelor of Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest, and a postgraduate degree (DEA) of European Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University Aix-Marseille. Daniel joined the European Commission in 2002. He is currently leading the team implementing the public procurement module of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. Before that he worked on different EU economic policies, including trade policy, the internal market for services and the EU emissions Trading System. He spent four years in the EU Delegation to Ukraine as an economic counsellor. Prior to joining the European Commission, Daniel worked as a lawyer-linguist in the Court of Justice, as a lawyer in the International Section of the Hungarian Competition Authority and in a law firm.
