The Practical Application of the Subsidy Control Act 2022

Subsidy Control is one of the most rapidly developing areas of competition law. In this workshop, experts with day to day involvement of advising on the UK’s new Subsidy Control regime will set out how to satisfy the rules, including discussing best practice as well as the implications of the latest case law and guidance. The workshop will provide the opportunity to ask detailed technical questions and network with other practitioners. In addition to Subsidy Control, the workshop will also cover the EU’s new Foreign Subsidies regime and the implications this could have upon subsidy control compliance.

In the evening, there will be a free reception organised by King’s College London in cooperation with Lexxion in which further speakers will discuss the new regime and ways it could be improved. Methodology
