Kieran McGaughey

Kieran McGaughey is a consultant solicitor working in local government. Over his career to date he has advised several councils, and combined authorities, on a wide range of State aid and subsidy control matters. This has included regeneration, inward investment, infrastructure, brownfield housing and cultural projects. Kieran is also a Director of Lawyers in Local Government (LLG), a membership body for local government lawyers in England and Wales. He co-ordinated their consultation responses on the new subsidy control regime.
