Steven Van Garsse is professor of law at the Hasselt University and Antwerp/Antwerp Management School and specialises in public law, particularly public procurement and concessions public-private partnerships, government goods and government administrations.
He is the Vice Dean Faculty of Law, Centre for Government and Law, University of Hasselt. At the same time, Steven is an Attorney at Law, admitted to the Brussels Bar, and a board member of the bureau of working party on PPP of the UNECE.
He is lead researcher on circular public procurement in the European ITN Sapiens project and the Flemish Research Centre on circular economy.
