Michela Casella is case handler in Unit H.3 at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission, in charge of State aid control in the fields of Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI), environmental protection and research, development and innovation. Before joining DG Competition,Michelaworked in private practice in the competition lawdepartment of Bonelli Erede. She holds a Law degree from the University of Rome La Sapienza and an LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London.
