Dr Trevor Daya-Winterbottom FRGS is an Associate Professor and Deputy Dean at Te Piringa – Faculty of Law, University of Waikato, where he specialises in environmental law and public law. Internationally, he is the New Member of the ILA Committee on Sustainable Resource Management and was Deputy Chair of the IUCN Academy of Environmental Law (2018-2021)
