Noel Merillet

Noel Merillet is an Anti-Corruption Analyst at the Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ACN) within the Anti-Corruption Division of the OECD’s Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs.

He works on the ACN’s law enforcement activities, namely the ACN’s regional Law Enforcement Network and the Global Law Enforcement Network and contributes to monitoring activities conducted within the framework of the Istanbul Anti-Corruption Action Plan and the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention.
