Franz Koppensteiner

Franz A.M. Koppensteiner graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and from the University of Vienna. He was an assistant and doctoral candidate at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, WU. Since 2010, Franz is working for the Constitutional Service (Federal Chancellery of Austria) both in the department for business law matters (where he is deputy head) and in the department for EU proceedings (where he is one of the Austrian permanent agents before the Court of Justice of the EU).
