David Du Parc Braham

Assistant Director, Competition and Markets Authority

David is an Assistant Director in the CMA’s Subsidy Advice Unit, where he has spent the last year developing the processes and analytical framework for the SAU’s assessment and evaluation role. Prior to that, he held a number of posts in the CMA, including Assistant Director of Sector Regulation and Assistant Director of the Markets Pipeline. He has a 20 year career in competition regulation with roles at authorities including the Competition Commission, Ofcom and NHS Improvement.
