Matina Haralampopoulou
Director of Central State Aid Unit, Ministry of Finance, Greece
Matina Haralampopoulou is Director of the Central State Aid Unit in the Greek Ministry of Finance since January 2014. From 2004 to 2013, she was an executive in the Central Managing Authority for the coordination of NSRF programs in the Ministry of Economy and Development, responsible for state aid programs/projects. She has also worked in DG COMP (Regional Aid Unit) as stagiaire-national expert and has participated in multi-lateral meetings for the review of state aid rules and as well as in state aid working groups and conferences. Previously, she has worked as an economist/financial analyst in the private sector in the UK and Greece. Μatina holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton.
